As a locally owned business, every cup of coffee we serve comes from local roasters who source their beans from regions like Costa Rica and beyond.

The 7C's was born out of a love for community and true craftsmanship. Our sister business, Paul's Jewelers, brings a jeweler's precision to everything we do — the same eye for detail that cuts a diamond goes into every cup we pour.
